My boyfriend ordered the surf and turf with refried beans instead of black beans, and it was amazing. We live in Hemet, but it's totally worth the trip to Temecula just to buy their burritos. You could bring a cooler to keep them fresh for the drive home, and you’d have dinner for six that’s absolutely worth it! The prices are unbeatable too; the surf and turf was just over $12. I could barely finish half of mine before I felt so full. The next morning, the first thing I did was pop the other half in the microwave and I nearly passed out again from how good it was!
I ordered the taco plate, and the tacos were amazing! I chose all al pastor, but I wasn't impressed with the rice and beans. The rice was overly mushy, and the beans lacked flavor; they tasted like watered-down black beans. I’m giving it a 4-star rating because I’ve been there before and had a great experience, so I'm hopeful it was just an off day.
The overall flavor is decent, but I would recommend looking for a breakfast burrito elsewhere. The tortilla was soggy and kept falling apart. Additionally, it was supposed to come with fajitas and guacamole, but those were missing as well.
This Chronic Taco location is no longer in business; it’s been closed down. I came here for my favorite dish, and they packed up and were gone overnight. Food: 5/5
I had the worst tacos I've ever experienced. The tortilla was cold, and considering the high prices, the quality was incredibly disappointing. I do not recommend dining here, as you likely won't enjoy your meal.
