El Pollo Loco - Temecula

Since seeing the Birrieria commercials its been a while for me. Commercial got me! Ordered online and picked up through the drive thru. Easy peasy in under 10 mins. The food was good. I would recommend maybe a bigger (Quesadilla size or more/bigger tacos) serving to fill you up like their chain/local competitors.

Just picked up food a few mins ago and one of the chicken taquitos was frozen and had to microwave it and my tostada salad normally comes with regular lettuce not spinach? Idk what?s going on at this location but take a few extra mins and go to the Murrieta hot springs location they are much better

Put your hands down. I'm writing this after giving this place three chances. The salads consistently miss 2-3 ingredients, and we keep getting served by different people at the drive-thru. Today, on September 11, 2022, at 1:30 a.m., the girl at the window seemed to be having a really rough day or just wasn't pleasant. There was a complete lack of customer service, and asking for green sauce felt like a mistake. She forgot my soda, and when I reminded her, she gave me a look without offering an apology before finally filling my drink.

Delicious as always with El Pollo Loco. Good options when keto eat. The kitchen was secured and I had a little wait (15 minutes, which is not ideal with fast food) for the chicken at the dining room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I've always found this location to be the absolute worst in the chain. While the food is the same, if you expect your order to be correct, a reasonable wait time, or helpful staff, you should go somewhere else! I'm not kidding; you'll end up waiting forever, receiving the wrong item, or even missing items altogether.
