They have great service. I don't know what other reviews are talking about. Food comes out excellent. Overflowing lunch combos that I have leftovers for the next day.They have holiday specials that's fantastic to bring to parties, and they always get compliment about how tasty it is. Ordering from this place every holiday party.

Great food, great prices great service. This may be a hole in the wall but I would never want to go to other eateries like Island Pacific. IP may look fancier but their food seem to taste the same mostly have been under the heat lamp for extended period of time which make it dry. I've been coming to Great Panad for over 10 years have not been disappointed.

Poor customer service. They even count the meat and potatoes to put in the to-go container box. It’s not worth it coming here!

The food here is outstanding and the service /atmosphere is excellent

Food seemed poorly prepared. More like High school cafeteria style. Fried rice was not well flavored, the broccoli beef was terrible. 2 bites and I stopped. The orange chicken was just okay. I won't be returning.
