Jake's Rockin' Ramen - Temecula

Clean place, friendly service, delish ramen! On my new list of fave’s!

I felt like I was transported back to Okinawa from the moment I entered the restaurant until I left. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was excellent, and the lunch special offered a generous amount of food to satisfy my appetite!

The pork belly, the seasoned ground meat, the heat, and the noodles topped with an egg are divine. I crave it more than pho! The cabbage and seaweed add just the right touch, and I adore the combination of spices and heat in the broth. It’s pure heaven. You really have to try it! I’m not a fan of sweet corn or lighter-flavored creamy soups; I prefer a clear, delicious broth. I genuinely hope everyone gives the Sapporo Ramen a try; you won’t be disappointed! Also, I want to give a shout-out to Anthony, who served us. He was incredibly attentive, ensuring our food arrived promptly and refilling our drinks while managing about six tables at once. He’s a real champion, along with the lovely younger Asian girl who I think is one of two. They’re both such sweethearts. Lastly, a big thank you to the chefs for crafting such a special meal for us day after day. You all are what makes this place so great. Thank you!

Delicious ramen and fantastic boba—what more could you want? The veggie broth isn't as rich as what you might find at other ramen places, but overall, this is definitely one of the top five ramen spots I've visited.

Excelent place. Doesnt look anything special on the outside but insode its gorgeous. The ramen is just outstanding. Wish the would have a location in murrieta as well.
