The horrible customer service lady at the windows was rude and gave us 3 sauce for 4 meals of chicken

The chicken was as expected but the fries were disappointing this time, not sure why maybe because they were close to closing time?

Sometimes the counter personnel can be a bit snippy or lackadaisical, but the managers are very good.

We ordered a fish sandwich and the popcorn shrimp. The fish sandwich was yucky. The biscuit with the popcorn shrimp wasn't all that great either. But the popcorn shrimp and the sauce was really good. We didn't go in so do not have anything else to add.

Still waiting for my food as I type this it’s been 15 minutes ridiculous!!
