Red Lobster - Temecula

I had a fantastic first experience at Red Lobster! The food was excellent. Thank you!

I had the lobster shrimp tacos special. It was great. Watermelon lemonade was refreshing. I was expecting the usual cheddar biscuits but was surprised with a grain biscuit. I didn't mind. Service was excellent.

I'm really disappointed with my experience tonight. We waited over an hour for our drinks and appetizers, and then two hours for our food. The service was terrible, but fortunately, another gentleman came over and took over our table. It's frustrating to spend $300 and receive such poor service. On the bright side, the food was good. I'm surprised, as they've usually been attentive and provided great service in the past. I hope this was just a one-time issue.

Dining out with family at Red Lobster is always a delight, but it's even more enjoyable when we receive exceptional service from Eileen! She was attentive, friendly, and efficient, making our experience truly memorable. It was definitely worth the wait to be seated in her section and receive such wonderful treatment. I can't wait to return!

So 7 months ago, i gave this place a 1 star and now I give it 5. Why the change of heart, you ask? Well they have a star employee here that will make you want to return with her quick service and excellent customer service. Please all Managers should take note of how she makes people feel welcomed and provides outstanding service....way to go Ellie!
