The Bank Of Mexican Food - Temecula

We were the only customers. That should have been a clue.. They got both orders wrong. Charged us for coffee refills. When we tried to leave after paying our bill in full. The front door would not open. We struggled with it. When we did get the door open, both employees were outside near the door. Why did they not help us out???

Food and patio dining were an excellent experience!

Eating Fajitas on a grilled pineapple Beef crunchy Tacos for lunch with my wife at “The Bank” Mexican restaurant. Delicious! Downtown Temecula is beautiful! not to say the history is beautiful too.

The chips and salsa, that came out first, were good! Really good! Everything else was bland. Not enough seasoning on the rice or beans. And the rice was hard (overcooked? Undercooked? My burrito was okay. My sister's salad LOOKED good but it just didn't taste good and the lettuce was soggy. The staff were super friendly though and I enjoyed the environment. But the food just wasn't it.

The margaritas were missing tequila. I ordered chicken nachos. They were the worse I had ever had. The chips were not good, the chicken was so dry I couldn’t cut/shred it. There was no cheese no sauce. Dry, unappetizing and no flavor.
