I ordered the same drink a few weeks ago and it seemed completely different today, making it less enjoyable. Overall the bar was clean and they had alcohol choices, so it was just about average, the kind of place where everyone might know your name if you come often.REPLY TO OWNER: Pineapple Margarita, Hawaiian (forget the name), those two were not garnished as they were before. We ordered two the same drinks and they tasted different. The bigger issue was the bartender was not very warm. Seemed like we were bothering him; I get it we all have our days, but it really wasn't the first or only bartender that we experienced like that. I hope this helps lead to some improvements, but frankly, it won't stop me from drinking at the Daisy.
This is a hidden gem at the Vail Headquarters. They make really great dinks! My go-to is Long Island Iced tea and they made it really well. They never skimped on the alcohol and that's why it was really amazing!
We were having lunch at La Isla Cevicheria in Temecula today. While enjoying our 5 star ceviche outside on a beautiful day we noticed folks drinking exotic cocktails. The waitress from The Daisy came out and asked if we wanted beer or wine. I asked, have you a full bar? She replied yes, returned with a cocktail menu. I asked her for something savory, not too sweet. She suggested a Tom Khactail. Wow! What a unique and tasty cocktail. It tasted like a cold alcoholic version of Thai Tom Kha soup. It was amazing. The presentation was beautiful as well. Please look at my picture. The staff working here are really nice. Prices are fair for an exotic drink made with tons of love. This drink was $14.00. We will absolutely be back when we have time to enjoy several libations. This is a special place I can't wait to revisit.
VERY GOOD cocktails and the food court inside has some great choices. I'll be back very soon!
We went to this restaurant for a drink and had a great time. The brunette female server we had on the evening of December 23rd was very nice and accommodating. We decided to go outside of the bar area to get some food and another drink, and while looking for a table, we briefly peeked into the bar area. The bartender working there was incredibly rude to us. He publicly called us out for getting a drink elsewhere and told us it was against the rules for us to be in the bar area. I don't care about your policies, but the way he handled the situation was embarrassing and very rude. Instead of making us feel like we were intentionally breaking a rule, he could have simply told us that we needed to eat outside the bar area. The restaurant is located in an open space with multiple dining options, so it's understandable that we were not aware of this particular policy. We had originally planned to eat and then return to the bar for another drink, but we decided against it because of the bartender's behavior. Some manners and better customer service skills would go a long way for this establishment.
