Vero's Mexican Food - Temecula

The reviews said it was a 4 star. Hell no. So gross....Worst fish tacos ever. Couldn't even finish eating the taco .

I went there because my son recommended it to me and the truth is I was very surprised, I verified everything he told me.The food is really Mexican with the flavor of Mexico and I am sure I will return and put it in first place of my Favorite Restaurants, Thank you Vero Mexican and Sea Food for your very delicious dishes? ??I give you 100% on everything.Just a small suggestion, the coffee , I think the price is a little high $3.99 for one cup,

Ordered seafood soup and got nothing what looked like in the picture on their menu. It was missing crab. Told them about it and took almost half hour to get the crab. By then I lost my appetite. Lacking crab, lacking service, and lacking flavor that day.Won't be coming back.

If I could give -5 stars… I would.I try my best to be understanding when it comes to the service industry, but this experience was so shockingly disappointing, I had to leave a review.I came to Vero’s this afternoon and was greeted and sat. I was famished as this was my one meal of the day (intermittent fasting). I’ve had a hankering for fried whole tilapia and searched all of Temecula to find this spot.I started feeling queasy right as I finished my meal… and shortly after broke into a feverish sweat.I excused myself to the bathroom JUST in time to catch the sink with the first surge of upchuck.When I discreetly called the hostess over to let her know that I’d just gotten sick, I was met with “Well, you know it takes 13- 20hrs for food poisoning to affect you after you eat.” I looked at this lady confused as all get out, because I was literally profusely sweating and struggling to catch my breath as she’s saying this to my face. With no affect, she literally shrugged me off, and said she didn’t know what it could be and that I should “go get some rest”.Suffice to say, I WILL NEVER return here and would NEVER recommend this place.

The staff was nice but the chips were cold and a little stale. The drink machine wasn’t working, but again, the staff was nice. Just not a great dining experience.
