Denny's - Tempe

I visited this place twice this morning to pick orders during the door platform. and the hostess was absolutely amazingly very polite and very friendly. the food was quickly prepared and I could supply it hot and fresh to my customers.

This waiter working at this restaurant is the most USELESS employee I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I arrived at 10:07, the time my online order should be ready, and was told they are working on it. I SAT IN THE LOBBY FOR OVER 20 MINUTES BEFORE HE CAME BACK OUT TO TELL ME THAT THEY ARE OUT OF EVERYTHING I ORDERED. WHY WASN’T I TOLD THIS WHEN I WALKED IN? Why would your employee let me sit there for 20 minutes KNOWING that they could not complete my order. Another employee came out to let me know she could refund my purchase but that is absolutely not adequate for KNOWINGLY wasting my time. I will NEVER be eating at a Denny’s again and I will ensure everyone I know does the same.

Odd experience. Instead of grilled cheese my little one got a piece of toast folded with cheese? I asked for seasoned fries and got reg. When she got the seasoned fries she had me put the reg fries on another plate so she could take them away. Last I knew I'm not a waitress. And my little one didn't get her milk until we were all done and I had to ask for it. The diner was empty so I have to blame management and the lack of work ethic on the waitress. We won't be going back. And yes I still tipped the waitress.

The coffee was just warm, so I asked him. but the waitress denies. She told me she just brewed the coffee, but I don't think so. she was very unkind and never thought of customers. She gave me hot water. not recommended. food: 1/5
