Einstein Bros. Bagels - Tempe

Staff is rude, barly understands simple questions like, Do you have plain cream cheese? . OH ! did I mention they forgot to put cream cheese on my farmhouse bagel. face palm inserted here.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich. The cheese wasn’t melted and the bagel was stale and fell apart. I also had to wait about 10-15 minutes for my coffee.

Hard working students here, and it's not Starbucks. You can get a coffee in a few minutes.

The manager is so rude they gave me the wrong item and I told them it was incorrect. They gave me so much attitude and the manager then told me I need to be clearer next time.Please treat your customers better

Idk man, the staff was rude and short and the toasted bagel I got was cold.I know it's a small detail but I ordered a latte with caramel and they gave me a caramel macchiato, but a problem, they're pretty much the exact same thing, except my drink was SO sweet I could barely drink it and the macchiato is more expensive... so I got overcharged... anyway, I think I'll just stick to the Starbucks downstairs from now on. honestly, id rather go to the pod
