They have forgotten parts of my orders several times, been late for a timed delivery, and today they gave me a sandwich with 2 torn pieces of ham, and 2 torn pieces of cheese on it. It is a sorry excuse for a sandwich!! I am officially done ordering from this Jimmy John?s. If it would let me post the photo of my sandwich I would be and you would all see how awful it is.
Quality was good as usual. The sandwich maker was the friendliest, courteous, most professional. He let me know my sandwich would be out soon and even asked if I wanted my sandwich cut in half. He was the star of the show today. The other 2 staff members need some lessons training in customer service. They were more rude than polite, especially the guy with long dark hair glasses. I won?t be returning to this location. I would?ve given less stars but the quality of the food was top notch as usual.
They were pretty speedy with the order. No sit down I think as tables were taped off when I went there.. but you can still enjoy in your car. The sub I got- it was a bit dry, wish they used more sauce and I wish they used more of those yellow peppers in their Italian sub... but besides that I was happy with all the meat they packed in. It was a LOT of meat! : It was so filling I could have easily saved my other half for another day's meal.
What the heck has happened to Jimmy Johns. Spent $20 on two of the worsted sandwiches ever. Seriously, complete garbage. This chicken wrap? Whatever and tuna on whole wheat? Waisted of $20. Empty store because no customers would go there!
Ordered a sandwich, paid online for delivery with plans to tip in cash. On this day, I asked for them to call me on arrival and just leave it at my door (where I had a tip waiting in an envelope, labeled for them and taped to the door) as I had my hands full and the doorbell would set off my large dogs inside. The driver called and insisted that I fill out the credit card slip in order to get my food. I think this was because he thought he wasn?t getting a tip since I had marked 0% for tip on the online order with plans to give cash? He hadn?t seen the envelop at this point, I guess. The next time I ordered (like a week later) I tipped in advance online and again asked for them to call on arrival. They never called and left it in the 100+ degree temp for how long?? Not sure, the app doesn?t accurately notify me when food is delivered. It was warm by the time I brought it in. I was told when ordering to expect longer delivery times so I was patiently waiting while it was already sitting there. Anyway, seems of you don?t tip in advance, you have to fill out a credit card slip. If you do, you don?t need to fill out the slip and they don?t really care if your food is left in the sun.
