Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

We went on a Saturday around 6pm. We sat outside and the weather was perfect. As we walked through the restaurant to the patio the inside carpet was horrible. Looks like they had not vacuumed in days. I wouldn't have eaten inside, disgusting!! Our waiter Rob was excellent! Great customer service! J got a Modello and he said it was nice and cold. I had water because all the mixed cocktails always taste like juice. I ordered the red robin royal burger. It had bacon and a fried egg on it, It was delicoius! The fries they put on the plate made me frown so I immediately asked for fresh fries, they came right out. J ordered the smokehouse brisket. He said it was delicious! We were so full when we left that we never made it to Dave Busters. We really enjoyed our food and the service. Great Job Rob! We will be back!

I sat as soon as we arrived with other people on Saturday night. our beverage order was taken with one minute of us, sitting and brought out within 2 minutes our appetizer order was immediately after and the appetizers came within 3min. no time between ordering drinks and appetizers and our dinner that arrived the whole food was hot and fresh. definitely recommend this position. we had 5 different servers that are so fast comfortable and efficient.

Amazing customer service! unfortunately suffered the system so we had some misunderstandings with our order, but ashley and the team made it a very pleasant evening meal!

This place was super busy but we were seated right away. Our waiter, who was also the bar tender and seemed like he also waited multiple areas of the restaurant did a phenomenal job! Miles deserves a promotion! Food was also great!

There was not a single thing I could say negative about my recent visit to Red Robin's Gourmet Burgers at Tempe marketplace. The staff was very friendly the moment I walked in. Our waitress was very courteous and friendly. I ordered a Red Robin Zombie that was featured on their menu. It was made perfectly.And I haven't even mentioned the burgers we ordered. I decided to try a Burnin' Love Burger. Not the kind of burger for someone who doesn't like spice in their life you're better off getting a delicious Bacon Guacamole Cheeseburger, and remember you always get bottomless fries! They will keep bringing them to you until you can handle it anymore! Their onion rings were very crisp and tasty too!
