Salad And Go - Tempe

I recently visited your drive-thru on October 8th, 2023 and ordered the chicken Caesar salad. I usually don't like to complain or write reviews, but this time I felt the need to do so. I always order the same thing, but this time I was disappointed to find that my salad was made with iceberg lettuce instead of romaine.

I was charged a donation fee without my consent at this restaurant. Despite clearly stating "NO" when asked, they still charged me. When I got home and saw the charge on my receipt, I was frustrated. It's important to ask or clarify if you're unsure, instead of assuming.

I love this place (several times per week). But the ever-decreasing portions of chicken will eventually drive me elsewhere. The food is really good, the staff is great, but the chicken portions have decreased so much over the past few months that I sometimes think they left it off all together. I'd gladly pay more for decent portions.
