Starbucks - Tempe

The customer service at this location is quite literally awful. This one shorter Asian employee who clearly hates his job, tends to make everyone else's a living hell just because his is. I remember last year when he was at the Palo Verde East location and he was just as rude.... hard to forget someone like him.

VERY RUDE AND NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. I ordered EXTRA hot latte and got a cold drink.And when I told them they were very rude.

Friendly staff and overpriced coffee.... Just like every Starbucks ?

Dropped my coffee at the counter and they were extremely nice to give me a free replacement! By the way it’s open now, not sure why it says still closed.
