Starbucks - Tempe

I recently visited Dieux on Washington Road in Tempe, and after having a really tough day, I was fortunate enough to be served by Ben. He took my order as he was passing by and truly turned my day around with his outstanding customer service. I'm so glad I met him—he exemplifies what 5-star service should be. It's refreshing to experience such exceptional service. Great job, Ben, and keep up the fantastic work!

The autumn was a fantastic barista, she went beyond and beyond to make my laugh by giving me a rehearsal of two different coffee-making after asking for her suggestion, and she had thought it more and wanted me to be able to try both. she didn't have to do this and I didn't ask, she's clearly a very thoughtful person and wanted to offer the best experience. I also stood up to use the toilet room they need to be let in by a worker and I didn't even have to wait, I turned around to ask and another employee was already ready to help right behind me and I'm pretty sure it only works two of them. I was really happy with my experience and the environment was comfortable and clean

The worst ever died, it feels like they're just turning around a coin and deciding if they want to be open this day. inconsistent, hardly ever open it feels like

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and was greeted with a wave, a big smile, and a warm welcome! This has never happened to me at a Starbucks before. While I waited for my expertly crafted drink, a staff member struck up a conversation with me near the pick-up counter. When I requested a wooden stirrer instead of a plastic one, he promptly fetched one for me. I rarely take the time to review a Starbucks since exceptional customer service and attention to detail are quite rare. Great job!
