Subway - Tempe

I was a little let down by this restaurant. The staff was very friendly, but all three of our sandwiches had issues. My melt didn't have any cheese, another sandwich was missing cheese entirely, and a requested roasted sandwich wasn't cooked as requested. I noticed that the melt was priced higher than a regular sandwich, despite not having much added to it. I ended up paying extra for a regular sandwich, which was disappointing. It's a shame because this place is convenient for me during work. I'm not giving up on them just yet, but I hope they pay more attention to online orders in the future.

The service at this restaurant has deteriorated significantly. The kitchen is slow and disorganized, resulting in long wait times for customers. The staff appear to be inexperienced and undertrained, leading to further delays in the service. Despite placing my order at 7:20, I am still waiting for my food at 8:00. The management and owners of the restaurant seem to be lacking in their oversight and customer care.

This place is very friendly with playful staff. I would definitely come back here. thank you for my sandwich you made!

Crystal is the associate to see. She's friendly, personable, and makes the sandwich JUST RIGHT! Sure the sandwiches are yummy but her personality and smile will make me come back for more. Thank you for being a light!
