Taco Bell - Tempe

I hope a manager will see this news. I am a delivery car and went to pick up a order, and it is 7:32 on Monday 31 Oct. 2022 and a heavier set-Dame worked the running gear thru window with a gentleman who worked the eating part, but the heavier set-Dame also worked the eating. I saw these dame touch burritos, cimtbisse, without gloves, not to mention, she also touched all that came through the thrus bank cards, cash etc. with no gloves. I thought you had to have a food handler card and know you can't touch cash and eat with nothing. I'm out of my mind, and I'm out of my mind. I'll never eat at this place. I hope someone trains them to work for a company location.

That may not be for everyone, but remember it is on asu campus. it can be a bit tricky, but the employees treat the shenanigans well and make it much more fun than it is likely. I admire their long hours and more hours keep this place clean. they are fast, organized, covered and efficient.

The food was good. I didn't have any drinks. The cashier hardly spoke English, and the customers had to show off their orders because they struggled with the pronunciation of the dish names, leading to some confusion at the tables. I inquired about a certain dish, but it was a long and complicated name that I couldn't quite grasp what she was saying.

I had some issues with the drive-thru experience at this restaurant. The credit card machine was malfunctioning, so I had to pay with cash. Then, the cash register started acting up too, and I didn't receive my change (which meant I could only leave a $3 tip). To make matters worse, they accidentally gave my order to the person in front of me. Despite these challenges, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, which I appreciated, especially considering the stress of the situation. They even offered me a complimentary item to make up for the mix-up with the money drawer and the incorrect order. It's just a shame that everything wasn’t working smoothly.

Probably only place to get good vegetarian food. Staff are friendly and prices are too good.
