I personally had mine reduced to 25%, and while it was still a bit too sweet for my liking, it was still tasty, yummy, and refreshing. I ordered the Hokkaido milk tea with boba, by the way. The café itself is small but cozy and relaxing, with nice decorations and plenty of seating to enjoy on your own or with friends. The staff members were friendly, provided fast service, and had welcoming smiles. I will definitely be returning to try out more items from the menu.
Drinks were good. Fun environment. Friendly staff. Very pleasing experience. Went twice in 5 days. Love the lychee on top. Would recommend to others.Kid-friendliness: My kids love the environment and the variety of drinks.
I usually have a good experience with the customer service at this tea shop and enjoy the cozy environment. However, my recent visit was a bit surprising. I ordered a drink and noticed that several other orders were called out before mine. When I reminded the staff about my drink, they quickly made it. While I wasn't upset about the delay, I was disappointed to hear the cashier making fun of a customer in the back with her coworkers. It's important for staff to be mindful of their actions and conversations, especially when customers are still present in the shop. I would recommend speaking more discreetly or waiting until customers have left before discussing them.
Very good quality bubble tea. Quick and efficient ordering with friendly staffFood: 5/5
I don't know how the food is. I came here for my 23 year old son because he likes these kinds of places. He ordered...and it took a long time. I didn't time it, but the wait was too long. And they weren't busy. My two star rating is ONLY for the excessive wait, not for the food.Food: 4/5
