Contribuisci feedbackWas a little disappointed. Ordered 2, ten piece spicy chicken nuggets. They gave me regular nuggets. It was night so, only drive-thru was open. Line was to long to go back for exchange so, begrudgingly ate what I had.
Starting off there is always going to be mistakes that happen from both sides, but when the girl at the speaker says pull to the first window I got there and there was no one there so I go to the second window and she says you were supposed to go to the first window. Okay I don 't think I was the first person this has happened to this happens all the time so I ask if I need to pull around and she says well uh yeah so I said forget it because I thought about and it is just fast food I can go somewhere else then proceeds to say I can take it right here actually why wouldn 't you just say that in the beginning rather than letting it escalate you wasted my time and yours. The manager with the blonde hair blue nails You should really set an example to your employees to learn to treat others the way you would like to be treated, it 's simple you listen apologize and lastly you solve I get it would 've been a little extra hassle but In the end from experience it 's a job and if you really can 't do simple functions it reflects who you really are as a person and you can always get your resume and go apply elsewhere that isn 't food related.
Never busy when I go to lunch at 11 o'clock, can just go in and out. they still have vanilla frosty, what I like, not since place.
My order was not my order, but they told me they had computer problems. I have tried to submit an inquiry online, but my order is not recognized. the personal was friendly, despite computer problems. do not let them ruin a bad ding their day- loved it!
So I was 30 minutes on the car thru just to get a raw kartoffel, the wrong chicken bugs that were cold, and half a full chili. I called and called and called. they don't pick up the phone. I don't want to sit in a line, another 30 minutes so they can fix it, so I guess I have to go in tomorrow when the kittens open and give them back their food. I'm not happy at all.
