There was a slight delay at the window, but the attendant kindly apologized and finished the transaction. We ordered a Bacon Avocado Burger and a Grilled Chicken Sandwich. The burger was reportedly decent, and I would say the same for the sandwich. Their sauce may be a bit spicier than I prefer, but that's hardly a complaint. Overall, I'd say the sandwich had a nice balance of being hearty and satisfying, which can sometimes be a gamble with chicken sandwiches.
This place still offers a genuine burger at a great price. It's both affordable and satisfying. During my visit, I enjoyed fresh, hot fries, and the staff were really friendly. I've even started choosing to eat here rather than at McDonald's due to the superior quality and portion sizes of the food. For the price, the burger and fries are a fantastic deal.
I delayed writing this review in hopes that the food quality would improve, but unfortunately, it continues to decline. Whataburger used to be my go-to fast food spot because I could always count on my meal being fresh. However, this particular location has only gotten worse. My chicken strips have been stale and tough every time I've ordered them over the last four visits. It feels like there's a lack of care here, or perhaps the staff and managers are just too lazy to prepare fresh food, opting instead to serve items that have clearly been sitting around. No one wants to spend their workday or rush over during lunch only to receive food that is unappetizing and ultimately has to be thrown away. Please consider hiring employees who take pride in their work and wouldn't sell food they themselves wouldn’t eat. It's truly disappointing.
Got to the speaker to order in drivethru no one else at the store not busy at all and the young lady was very rude didn?t listen to my order got the food wrong the fries were stone cold and tasted like they had been under the lamps for far far too long orthe oil was old and needed to be changed and then wanted to act like she was better than us when she came to the window closingit very quickly each time she had to open it to either take payment or give us our food almost felt like she didn?t want to bethere or didn?t want us to be there. Her name was Anissa and she needs to learn a little respect and decency when dealing withthe public in food service. I can say this because I myself my wife and our son have worked at What-a-Burger with in the lastyear
I have been at Whataburger twice in the past 3 days. Two days ago, I ordered biscuits and gravy but they had no biscuits. Today I ordered biscuits and gravy but no gravy. I don't think I will stop at Whataburger again. There is a Jack in the Boxdown the street.
