1914 Coffee House - Temple

AMAZING Oat Milk Lattes! I'm recently DF and these have been my treat almost daily lately! Love them!!! The teens also love the coffee and cruffins too!

We spotted 1914 coffee house online but decided to stop in after it was recommended to us by a friend of the owner. I absolutely love the story behind the name (the year the home was built, but also their favorite bible verse psalm 19:14), and decided to get their “the 1914” for my drink of choice. It tasted like a snickerdoodle, and it was a great cold brew mix. My husband and I both decided to get some pastries after finding out they also had gluten free cookies as well… the peanut butter cookie (GF) was so good I could’ve cried after not having truly good baked goods since developing my gluten intolerance. My husband also agreed it was one of the best he’s ever had. We highly recommend all of our menu choices, and they even have a playground area for kiddos. We’ll be back!

This coffee house is a hidden gem! Owners and staff are great at customer service, great place to meet with friends and work.

Been here a few times People are friendly Drinks need improvement Ordered two teas and she split a tea bag for my husband and instead of giving us two full ones. Water was lukewarm. She also told us to sit down (thanks lady some people like to wait standing) Religious details in the bathroom not needed…noted. Overall, they are trying. Happy to see a coffee shop.

Hand down best coffee shop in town. The coffee is amazing and the atmosphere makes you feel like you’re at home. This is my little coffee shop oasis.
