Arby's - Temple

1. If you're in a hurry, don't go there, you'll be late. They're slow.2. You order through the app, they can't read, they give you an empty bag and 1/2 your order missing.3. You call, and the rock you speak to asks you to go back and doesn't make it good for the extra trip you have to take to get the food they left out.4. Save your money.

So slow, the kitchen appeared fully staffed but it took over 40min to get 2 beef and cheddar meals. The drive thru seems to grt 1st attention then if they have time they will make the dine in. Staff was nice but for the price of the food you would hope service wouldnt take so long.

They were short handed so they did the best they could. The food was good.

It’s hard to get good customer service but from the moment I pulled up to order and to the moment I received my food, Danial was great! He was super friendly and offered drink carriers and was just extremely welcoming. It’s rare to find that these days, so it was great to actually receive great service!
