Bush's Chicken - Temple

Love this location. The Liver and Gizzards Combo is absolutely the best value for the price. They will cook them hot and fresh for you if you like . The rolls are always soft and warm. The Sweet Tea is....well, Perfect! Sometimes, it does get a little busy, but, with 3 drive-thru lanes and more than enough Staff...you usually don't have to wait very long. And....the restroom is always clean!

I recently got an A+ card and an employee by the name of Brooklyn was rather rude to me saying that the 31st street Bushes in Temple does not do A+ card discounts. When she cane back to say that the fries will have a wait time, we asked how long and she said I don 't know. However, my thing is how are you going to put your business on the A+ Card pamphlet and not honor the discount? If you don 't honor it then don 't put it on the pamphlet. I 'm rather disappointed in this location.

I have been given super dry pieces of chicken. It's forcing me to go early in the morning or when you guys are packed to make sure it's fresh..the tea is starting to be a hit or miss I'm over it ..when I tried to pick up some food yesterday a young guy with a snotty nose tried to take my order and I just left. People spend money there for decent hot fried foods get it together

We love Bush's Chicken well we did until 9/19/2022 We ordered 1- 16pc tender meal w/lg side and 5 jalapenos. The total was $34.62 yet our card was charged $41.54. When we called the restaurant a male worker acted as if he were managing then when he could not answer the questions a woman who would not identify her self immediately started raising her voice and blaming our financial institution for the over charge. She offered no help nor solution and upon calling our bank we were assured they were not to blame. Bush's lost our business we will be reimbursed. So you're the one who ends up loosing. It's a shame having hostile dishonest employees.

They say they cook baked chicken from 11 AM to 2 PM, but when you go at 12 they are out. Every single time I come here they are out. Clearly if something sells like the baked chicken sells they need to make it all the time. If you cannot keep it made ready don’t offer it.
