Great American Steak More - Temple

There must be a zero-star rating here. Ordered a dbl Cheeseburger and Pommes and a small shake, paid $15! The burger is frozen patches, no spices. I have a total of 10 Pommes and they fried them in the same fat as fish. Shake was watery. This place is worthless nowadays.

I ordered the Great Philly Cheese Steak it was absolutely the worst thing I have ever ate. I will never go back to this place ever again. Also when I asked about the sandwich and how it was so horrible that I was unable to eat it..then the 2 workers that were there were rude to me once I said anything negative. Even though it did take a while to get my food along with it was just sitting on the counter getting cold and no one told me it was ready. But it was such a horrible time. Hope they change a lot about this place.

When you have to wait over 30 minutes for some frozen chicken strips and fries to even be dropped into the fryer when it wasn't busy then the customer service has drastically fallen. First time in years that I have been unhappy with this place. What happened?

I got a smoothie there and it was horrible. I asked the lady for an exchange or refund she started being rude and raised her voice at me and refused to give my money back or give a exchange. I dont recommended this place...

I've been there for years. I love their gyros. My husband tried the catfish meal, fed perfectly! Always friendly, good service, welcome me every time!
