This McDonald’s back on their BS... both drive thru lanes locked when they should be open... Usually the lane is open, they simply say that their system is down. People are inside. I have submitted my order online and parked in a curb-side pick-up place that is a good way to force at least my order, by... Let's see if they do.... Success. Lazy McDonalds Hack is confirmed... I would recommend going somewhere else unless you're good to wait a long time. I ordered a 4 piece Nugget and a medium frit. Only 4 cars in front of me and I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru.

If you're asking for cheese, Mayo or tarter sauce. They charge you for it. But do not present the order correctly. Their french fryers are over cooked and are as hard as wood toothpicks. Be quiet. Improve the quality of your product.

I think the store should be open at 6:00. It was, but if I was there, no one would take orders. Two cars went away because nobody would answer the box. I came there at 6:05 and went at 6:09. This is unacceptable. I guess I'm gonna eat at What-A-Burger from now on.

I called the restaurant immediately to inform them of the issue with my sandwich. I was told to bring it back in the morning for a replacement. When I did so, the manager on duty gave me a terrible attitude and it took 28 minutes for me to receive a new sandwich. This level of service is highly unacceptable. I decided then and there that I was done with McDonald's and gave the replacement sandwich to a fellow customer.
