Contribuisci feedbackThe food preparation was quite poor, taking 30 minutes to make just three tacos and a burrito, primarily because the staff were too busy chatting. The tables and lobby were dirty, with hardly any clean spots to sit. There were only three customers in the restaurant, and the long wait delayed my trip home at night. I would not recommend this place unless you're willing to wait 30 minutes to an hour.
The nacho chips were way too salty, which is unusual for them. I was told they are pre-seasoned, but I don't believe that. Also, the soda machine was out of order, yet I was still charged for drinks. The new Taco Bell really needs to get its act together.
Burritos were hard and not very flavorful this go round.
I waited at the counter for about 10 minutes, but neither my husband nor I received any acknowledgment from the staff. Finally, a woman from the drive-thru window told us to use the kiosk to place our order. It then took another 20 minutes to receive just one order of tacos. Shortly after, three gentlemen walked in and experienced the same lack of attention. My husband took the initiative to inform them about using the kiosk as well. There was no sign at the counter providing instructions for this. When we left, the three gentlemen thanked us for the heads-up after their own 10-minute wait. I will not be returning to this location. Someone needs to speak with the manager about how to properly assist customers and encourage the use of the kiosk in a more welcoming manner. 08/04/23 - Delores Parking: Ample
As a semi-regular at Taco Bells across central Texas, I feel like a can adequately give this Taco Bell a solid 5 stars. (And no, I don’t know anyone that works there, I’m not an owner and/or affiliated in any way)While passing through Temple late last night we thought it was a great time for our 4th meal, and where else would be go than the top rated Taco Bell in town at 2.5 stars (on apple, 3.8 on google).We arrived at the seemingly newly constructed building with the latest technology and facilities. Clean parking lot and common area. The screen that took our order was working properly and also had everything up to date.Both employees that we interacted with (I didn’t have their names) taking our order and handing us our food were super chipper for the time of day, friendly and patient.Even better, they got everything right in our order, including a very complicated and highly modified Crunchwrap supreme that was executed perfectly *chefs kiss*.The cherry on top was the fact that they gave us ample amounts of hot sauce and napkins.
