Whataburger - Temple

I ordered a double meat burger without cheese, but when I got home, it was completely messed up with chili, cheese, and Fritos. I had to throw it away. Why is it so difficult to get the order right? I even kept the instructions simple, but the staff still managed to mess it up. I have a copy of the bag tag as well.

David and Jeff, the two older gentlemen, have provided me, my wife, and several of my friends with exceptional service. They greet us with smiles and jokes almost every time we visit. I always make it a point to check in on them when I arrive. Unfortunately, the last time I was there, Dave was unwell. It’s important to take care of people like them; it’s hard to find such dedicated employees. With them, you’re guaranteed service with a smile!

Update delivering for door dash and this place is still horrible... I don't get it there is plenty of staff only a few working......The worst and most disgusting whataburger I have ever experienced. The floors in the bathroom were just mopped butthere was standing water. Like they didn't ring out the mop the food was horrible and the employees will walk by you withouteven acknowledging your in line. Then 3 employees who did not appear to be on break but apparently was hungry stood in line toorder in front of a customer. Horrible experience.

I returned to the store and informed Amanda of the mistake, but instead of resolving the issue, she began arguing with me. I ultimately had to involve the manager to get the correct shake. When Amanda handed it back to me, she pointed out the red smudges on the outside of the cup and said, “See, it’s raspberry.” I will never return to this location again!

I visited today, April 12, 2022, and ordered the Breakfast on Bun meal. I must say, it was served hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The customer service was excellent, from the management to the staff. It's rare to receive such dignity and respect while enjoying delicious food brought to your table with a smile. Keep up the fantastic work! I will definitely be returning.
