Yoshinoya Temple City

Rice was raw today. Manager had been here for 10 years and could not see basic error.Food: 1/5

The restaurant has a pleasant, clean atmosphere, but the portion sizes of the food are disappointing. It appears that they are skimping on the beef, and the prices have increased, which is a double whammy. As for parking, the restaurant is located in the corner of a large plaza, but finding a spot can be challenging during lunch and dinner rush hours.

The service isn't good unfortunately. The run out of clam chowder soup often especially 1 hour and half before they close. Just last night I asked if they could make some new clam chowder and the female at the register said no because they were closing in 1 hour. Service: 1/5

The rice in the bowl at this location seems to be less, and it is not cooked through. I ordered a chicken teriyaki, and the sauce and veggies were also much less compared to other locations. I have eaten at Yoshinoya restaurants all over California, and this location does not measure up to the others. Everything is lacking, and it took a long time for my order to be served, despite there being three cooks present at 1:40pm. At other locations, my order would have been handed to me right after I paid for it. Additionally, this location sells boba, which is not typically seen in other chain stores. Overall, I cannot recommend this location to anyone.

I really didn't want to rate this Restaurant on this visit...it looked like there was only 2 people working in the whole place at dinner rush. Food was still good, though they mildly messed up our orders. Felt really bad for them but they weren't rude and did the best they could.Food: 4/5
