Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

When I arrived, the line almost reached the door, but thankfully there wasn't a long wait. It seemed like only one cash register was open.

I placed a large online order for the flounder at this restaurant. I requested it to be regular, not spicy, but unfortunately it came out spicy. The waitress didn't even address the missing side dishes. I ended up having a cookie and macaroni and cheese instead. I tried to get the waitress's attention a few times, but she was too busy. I left feeling really frustrated. I might try another location or wait until I'm back home in Ohio before returning.

The experience at this Popeyes location was average. The food was delicious, but the customer service was lacking and the wait was extremely long. Despite this, the meal was satisfying and left me with a desire to return again soon, possibly trying a different approach to avoid the long wait in line.

I just left the popeyes on iverson st and saw some of the worst chaos ever. the dame cleaned the tables and sweeped the floor literally from a table with the same broom with which it sweeped the floor. I'll never buy food here again!

There’s one employee in particular, Fadila. Her work ethic is outstanding. I’ve gone here several times while the store was busy and she was the only worker operating the register, but she knows how to keep the line moving and I was amazed by that. Even through the pressure that all she still remained welcoming and patient to her customers which is very rare to come across in many restaurants. If you come across her or she serves your order, PLEASE give her your blandishments because she is worthy of it
