This is the best food you'll find anywhere. The service is excellent, and the talented young chef, Zack, is truly brilliant. It's simply the best dining experience I've ever had!

I visited Uncle Gus with a group of eight, and we enjoyed a great variety of ribs, pork, and salad. There were no complaints from anyone in the group. I had the best rib sandwich, which was truly outstanding, along with some delicious sweet potato fries. Overall, I can't wait to return to this fantastic BBQ spot in the heart of the woods!

We saw the restaurant after an hour. The sign said Prime Rib Friday and Saturday. It was 5:45 when we arrived and entered. When we started, my husband ordered a Prime Rib and was told they were sold out. I ask the waitress what was the time of the special and she said 5 to 9 . I ask her if it was normal to sell quickly, and her answer was if you want Prime Rib, you need to call four and reserve one. The sign did not say, call and order a main rib. Can't they cook enough to cover their specialty? If not, is it really a special? Or only for locals who have found out to call or have them at all. we have order and food was nothing to escape. I ordered the top ripping sandwich and our local marina has better prime rigging sandwich. the role my husband looked like a sister Schubert frozen role and baked beans like a brand of canned beans. Would not recommend or plan to go back. UCK

Excellent barbecue in many varieties. My wife particularly likes the brisket. The prime rib on Fri/Sat evenings is excellent! The staff is very friendly and efficient. All in all a very enjoyable experience.
