I have been eating here for years and usually 1-2 mornings per week. The food and service is always good! I usually dine in, but I recently found myself short on time so I decided to try takeout. I arrived to pick up my food at drive up window only to see a sticker on the window that I was being automatically charged a 10% surcharge to pay a staff member to pass my order out the window. This entitlement is ridiculous in my opinion and they won’t get my take out business and likely less if any of my fine in business.
