I had a fantastic experience! The staff was very welcoming, and the rooms were spotless. Overall, I would rate the rooms a perfect 5/5.

The room did not meet expectations. There was leftover soap in the shower from the previous guest, and no coffee or tea was replenished. The door seal and flooring were damaged, creating a very dingy atmosphere. My window faced the roof, which was cluttered with garbage, and I discovered that it wasn't locked, making it a security concern since anyone could have accessed the room. This realization hit me on my second night. Additionally, there was only one person at the front desk, and I had to wait half an hour just to check in because a large group arrived at the same time. In summary, the rooms were not satisfactory at all, and I'm very disappointed. As for safety, the unlocked window overlooking the roof was a major concern.

The Days Inn Terrace is quite unpleasant. There was no toilet paper, no shower curtain, and I found hair in the bathtub from previous guests. The floor was sticky, and I even saw mice running around in the lobby. I would rate the rooms 1 out of 5.

The trim over the main entrance was hanging off the wall and looked like it could fall at any moment. The floor runners at the entrance were also loose and posed a tripping hazard, which caused me to slip more than once during our stay. The hotel and room had a musty smell, and the overall appearance was outdated and original, with very old and dirty carpets, finishes, and fixtures that are in desperate need of a refurbishment. When we brought these issues to the attention of the concierge at the front desk, they offered an apology and appeared embarrassed, eventually providing us with the option to move to another room. Unfortunately, that was the only solution offered. We requested to cancel our reservation to seek accommodations elsewhere, but there was no consideration given to that request nor any compensation offered, leaving us with no choice but to accept the new room. While it was cleaner than the first, it still did not meet the standards we expect. We recommend shopping around for better options.

During our stay, my husband and I were offered only a king bed, which turned out to be quite comfortable and luxurious for me. The hotel was quiet and clean, although I found the parking lot to be surprisingly small, especially given the number of workers and truckers that frequent the area (you definitely can’t fit a trailer in the lot). There's a restaurant on the ground floor; breakfast was decent, featuring eggs, toast, sausage, and hash browns. I’m not familiar with the rest of the menu, but I’ve heard positive feedback about the food. There are a few shops across the street, and it’s not far from the other side of town. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
