I stood in the serpent for 30 minutes, rose to the counter and stood there for five minutes while she was...wet and swallowed around and still didn't take my order. I decided they didn't want my business so Starbucks has our business and no line ups. Worst Tims I was and was about BC for them all. These four employees do not know that they give Tim a bad name, but also East Indians, like all four of these cultures. NEW
They said a grilled cheese is a hot sandwich, typically by heating one or more slices of cheese between slices of bread, with a cooking fat such as butter, on a pan, grid or sandwich box, until the bread melts brown and the cheese. But as you see it photos Tim Hortons 7288 King George Blvd · In the center of Newtown. BC
The only reason I'm going here is that it's the only open 24 hours so I can take coffee on my way to work. Read the reviews on Facebook from the locals and get a mix of reviews. I'll go there every morning. The East Indian who works says no more than two words. He doesn't say good morning, he doesn't react if I say thank you. It's literally everything he says to the window. Then when I get to the window, he's just saying tray. I've always tried to be polite and use manners. This is my first interaction with people in the morning.
I've been with this Tim Hortons a lot of times and I wasn't really impressed. On many occasions they were short on chicken at noon time and awhile back I spent 20 minutes in the drive thru I am a patient, but that is overexaggerated. Apart from that, the service is usually friendly and they offer everything you expect at Tim’s. if it is in stock.
Stopped in here for a quick sandwich and a coffee whilst on the road. Order one sandwich and one sandwich meal to include a coffee refill. It takes three attempts to get the order right. The girl behind the counter started serving another customer before...completing our order by giving us the receipt and taking my coffee mug from me. I eventually had to ask for the receipt and hand her my mug. By this time, the sandwich meal had already been prepared including the coffee which was tipped out of a paper cup and into my refill mug, somewhat defeating the purpose of have a refill mug. On perusal of the receipt, I’d also been charged for a coffee refill when it should have been part of the meal charge as no other drink was requested or provided. In addition. the potato wedges tasted like they'd been in a warmer for hours. We were then treated to a staff member shouting his ‘chat-up’ lines to a young customer on the opposite side of the room. Needless to say he was as hopeless as that as his job. All in all, a poor customer service experience deserving of a “needs to do better”.
