BANANA'S KAFE - Terrasson-Lavilledieu

Good service at a reasonable price, if I was in the area and needed a stop on a hot day then I would go back!

The café has tables at the riverside that are perfect for relaxing and watching the river, road and people pass by. The river is tranquil and "people watching" is always good fun. The waiter skilfully dodges the traffic and serves at high velocity!Omelettes and Bergerac rosé wine were perfect. Simple, straightforward and enjoyable.

This is a simple bar cafe with tables across the road on the edge of the river, great for a drink or light snack. The snacks are typical cafe food, but well prepared and with good service. They are also good value.

I go to Terrason often and I always make time to visit Bananas. It is in a great spot right next to the river. Cedric and Maude who run the place are always very welcoming, the food is always good and my sister (Who lives in Terrasson) considers that they make the best Pina Colada cocktail she has ever had!The menu is quite small as it is only a small cafe, Mainly salads, Omlettes and Quiches, but I have never had a meal that I haven't liked. I was surprised to hear that people had bad experiences there. They do try and keep the tables for diner only during the busy lunch period, but many places in France do the same
