Penn Station East Coast Subs

Delicious but SLOW... I visited a Penn Station today after quite a while. The food was just as tasty as I remembered, but the service was really sluggish. The staff were polite, but I wouldn't say they were particularly friendly; they did their jobs as expected, but didn't go above and beyond. The food is definitely worth returning for, but only if you have plenty of time to wait. Even better, consider placing a call-in order!

I really love their sandwiches, especially since they offer a Sandwich of the Month. Overall, it's a fantastic place!

The made-to-order sandwiches, whether hot or cold, are truly satisfying and far superior to Subway. The staff is friendly and upbeat. However, the restaurant tends to be quite cold, and the floors often feel sticky.

This restaurant has the best fries in Terre Haute! They also offer the 'Founders Sub,' which isn't listed on the menu but is fantastic. I've consistently received excellent service when placing my takeout orders, and the staff is great as well.

The sandwiches here are fantastic. However, the medium fries portion is excessive for $4—I need to remember to order the small size next time. The fries are delicious, though. I appreciated that all the employees were wearing their masks correctly. Unfortunately, I noticed that customers were allowed to bypass the 'mask required for entry' sign, placing their orders and waiting for their food without masks. I can't give a five-star rating to a place that allows this to happen. Rules should be followed, no matter the reason.
