Starbucks - Terre Haute

I do much of my studying here, and I really appreciate the fantastic atmosphere. I always enjoy my time spent here. The service is consistently excellent. Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.

Always a great atmosphere! I truly enjoy being a regular at the drive-thru. The staff is consistently friendly, and I always leave with a smile along with my delicious drink. Service rating: 5 out of 5.

My experience at the restaurant was frustrating. Every time I tried to add something to my order, the staff repeatedly asked if I was finished, rushing me along. I didn’t even get to order everything I wanted because of how hurried they were. They struggled to hear my order and kept asking, "Sorry, what was that?" It felt like they weren't really listening. To make matters worse, they didn't provide us with a receipt or inform us of our total, but they did ask if we wanted to leave a tip. Overall, I’d rate the food a 2.

I came in to get my usual at this location because I was nearby and the entire time all I could hear was this manager (I found out her name is Sherri) yelling at all of the other employees like they were her slaves. It was fairly busy and all I saw was the employees working as hard as they could with what they were given. Poor management and I feel sorry for those on the other end of her wrath. Service: Dine in
