Very nice place to warm up with a good coffee after a walk in the Iles-des Moulins and Ile St-Jean area. Nice sitting area with a view, or inside near the bar or upstairs. They also have an outside terrace with a small fire place and benches. This is right on the Rivière des Mille Iles. Very relaxing and service is friendly. They have a good choice of food and they offer a Sugar Shack Deluxe Menu in season.

Tried the brunch a few sundays ago at Bâtiment B along with a dozen people. It is situated near the old Mill on l'Île-des-Moulins in Terrebonne, right on the river, so it has a special charm to it. Everybody loved what they ordered. There are only a few options of breakfast with eggs but everything tastes great. It's a bit pricey but the food is high end. The bacon jam tasted of pulled pork so I was a little disapointed and the homemade cretons were so so, but my giant ham cassoulette was excellent (big enough for 2 people.) The thick bacon is 10 $ for a few pieces but well worth it. I'd go back to Bâtiment B and recommend it to other people because ultimately the food was good and the view/atmosphere is priceless. Final suggestion? After your meal walk around the beautiful (but small) island to help all those mimosas and dishes go down.
