Chick-fil-a - Terrell

They NEVER fill up the fries all the way, I wouldn’t leave this review but they do it every. Single. Time. I feel like if I pay for a large I shoukdt be getting a medium.

By far the worst chick fil a I have ever been to. The service is horrible staff are rude and order is always wrong.

First time going inside. I was planning on sitting and enjoying a book while I ate. Ordered at 12:29pm dine in. She gave a purple marker I gave my name and all. I sat and sat and sat. Never heard my name. Asked one lady I hadn't gotten my food she said oh it coming they may be little backed up. Ok 10 more minutes by this time it's 12:52pm. I've seen 50 cars pass in drive thru. And plenty food under the lamp. When I get to the counter everyone wants to help and see what happened. Give me my money back they don't seem to have my order at all. Took my receipt to see the order. They gave me the meal free for my inconvenience of course but still. I'm in a bad mood now. Terrible service. Y'all got 25 workers and all for self. Diet Lemonade is horrible pulp and just doesn't taste good. Fries to salty. Chicken is Luke warm.

This location HAS to get better!! There is always something missing or something wrong with m orders...whether it's sauces missing, no spicy sandwich as requested, strong tea, half filled fries, SOMETHING. Google reviews have been left and absolutely no response from the owner. All complaints are the same! Currently, this location is the closet one in our area, so if CFA is wanted, this is the place; however, we are beyond tired of getting home and our order is WRONG. I've called, expressed my concerns, but this is still an ongoing thing. So disappointed here.

Worst Chick-fil-A I've ever had. Sandwich was cold. Fries were stale. My milkshake has hard pieces of something in it
