Cicis Pizza - Terrell

I requested a specific type of pizza, and it was prepared just the way I wanted—perfect portions and exactly the toppings I asked for. The staff was friendly, and the lobby was clean. I didn’t use the restroom, but the games were functional for my grandson, making it a great experience overall, especially since we were looking for something to do on a day without electricity in Wills Point. It was a win-win situation!

The food was excellent, and the staff was fantastic. They quickly made any pizza we requested! We hosted a birthday party for our granddaughter, and she absolutely loved it!

I'm sharing this because I work at Cicis, and I find that many of these reviews can be quite discouraging. Our staff is dedicated to doing their best, especially when things don't go as planned. I always greet customers with a friendly smile and a warm attitude. It's important to recognize that running a restaurant involves a lot of hard work—someone has to clean the restrooms and keep the lobby tidy, while others focus on making the dough. Everyone here is working diligently to provide a great experience for our guests.

We always had a good meal, but this last time grandchildren got sick. He only eats the noodles of Alfredo sauce. Not sure he did it or the sauce was ruined. The pizza was hot as usual.

I order my own pizza, because I like those who are not on the buffet and from 2 both were made wrong. They still taste good, but I wish they had enough to listen. Honestly, this place has gone downhill as different management has a different mood. I really have to stop going here because it's always something I just left because my daughter and her boyfriend wanted to go. Order pizzas on a good note to go here are pretty good.
