Sonic Drive-in - Terrell

Livid due to last night’s occurrences. I ordered through DoorDash I received my food for my wife. Burger was made incorrectly. I order #1 with no cheese, as my wife is lactose intolerant, I received it with cheese, even though the receipt said NO CHEESE. I then drive to the location to get it switched for the correct order. Whatever lady I spoke to at like she was annoyed with me. I switch out, I go home. My wife takes a couple bites and said something doesn’t taste right. We open the sandwich to see the NEW BURGER HAD CHEESE SCRAPED OFF OF IT! Why are these employees playing with people’s health? Why can’t I just get what I ordered?

Absolutely the worst experience at any sonic ever. Pulled up at 7pm only 2 cars in the lot and it took 5 mins before I was answered and another 6 minutes before I received my order…. A large coke.

It was raining so hard. They didn't miss a beat. Great service.

Sonic on Moore. Service was awesome. Order was fast and correct. Server was friendly and happy. Great visit.

If I could give no stars I would. Waited 20 min for someone to take my order and they never did. Tried waving someone down and they purposely ignored me. Ended up leaving.
