Taco Bueno - Terrell

In short, I didn't receive my change, and then the staff decided to mop the floor around me while using an extremely strong cleaner that stung my eyes and nose. As a result, I had to leave without finishing my meal. It was very rude.

It was good, just your average late-night fast food. It tastes better than many other fast food places I've tried.

I visited for the first time since moving to the Forney area almost a year ago, and it seemed like a good choice. Unfortunately, this Taco Bueno didn't meet the same quality standards I've experienced at other locations. I ordered the chicken chilada platter through the drive-thru, but what I received was lacking. There was no chili sauce, just a layer of queso, shredded cheese, and pico de gallo. The chicken was oddly scattered, and I'm not even sure if it was fried. I've never had a chicken chilada plate from Taco Bueno that used scattered chicken before, which was quite odd. Do they even have anything on their menu that features broken chicken? The chips that came with the platter were also burnt. I don't visit Taco Bueno very often—maybe two or three times a year—but it would take a strong craving for me to come back to this location.

We had some bad experiences with Doordash orders from this location. We always lack at least one product and they contain NIE hot sauce, even if we request it on the order. Very disappointing because Taco Bueno is usually one of our favorite places to eat. I don't think we'll order here again.
