Contribuisci feedbackWith no reservation on a Sunday night, we were greeted with a smile and a “no problem, we’ll fit you in”. The service was amazing! Quick yet enough time to enjoy the entrees before the main meal. The food was delicious! The owners were so friendly which made the evening so enjoyable. I’m recommending Four Hands to anyone who would like to spend a chilled evening with great food in a friendly atmosphere!
In a truly competitive market, amongst the restaurants, bars, and cafes of Terrigal, is Four Hands. I have, since it opened, been back countless times. As other restaurants have come and gone, Four Hands has remained; and there’s a reason… one that goes far beyond the latest decor, or fashionable trend in the eating experience… consistency. The Menu, the people, the atmosphere, the options… regardless of ‘who’ is offering you ‘what’, and ‘when’ that is (your first or fiftieth visit), the character of the food, that perfect blend of familiar and foreign, that meal that no matter how many times you’ve had it, leaving you content, draws you back again… it never changes, it never goes away. It’s truly rare that, given the disposable nature of our experiences, our expectations can be surprised by wanting to return to something ‘we’ve already had’… but that’s this place. If you think the above is all a bit much, and you just want to know about the food… just try the Pork Belly and those Chicken Wings, follow it with a Duck Pizza and a selection of cocktails, and you won’t regret it.
Enjoyed a lovely dinner and dessert with hubby. The lovely manager squeezed us in for a reservation only an hour before our reservation. Food and service was amazing and could not fault anything. The calamari and mussels were flavourful. Dessert topped it off. We will be back next time we visit Terrigal.
Cocktails, Tapas and pizza AMAZING. Best pizza on the central coast. Spoke to the owner and great service. Everyone seemed busy but always had time to explain drink and food options. I will definitely be back !
Lamb koftas was a touch on the dry side, but had a nice taste. the yogurt/cream came with the consistency of cream cheese. pizza (Paprika chicken) was underwhelming, without taste and was a bit dry. disappointment for the price. our server explained us the menu well, but forgot our water, although at this time we were one of few customers.
