Was a bit disappointed that instead of fresh Tajadas, we got plantain chips. I also got a Baleada with sour cream that was obviously expired. The smell and taste was obvious. But everything else was good.
The food is delicious, I like the seafood soup which is divine. The only thing is that the owner should have a sign that says that whoever wants to pay with a card will be charged 4%, but he doesn't have it and his solution is that it is a privilege to use the card and that is why we have to pay, the You do not want to pay your percentage but the client is the one who pays it, communications is the key to a good business, transparency. It is my opinion.
The food it's fine. But what gets me is the owner chargers extra if you pay with credit card and says it's the bank who charges extra. Bullcrap! If he needs to pass the charge, it's OK, but don't lie and pretend otherwise!!!
You can't deny how good the food is but they take too long to bring it, and it's too expensive apart from that they include the tip in the bill which should never be like that, the tip should never be mandatory and in that place They do it this way TIP SHOULD NOT BE MANDATORY
