After an extensive hike on the Gampenpass, we came by the Buschenschenke Hofstätterhof on the way back, which will be rejoiced at various signs during the hike. So nix like pure after a multi-hour hike, sunny weather invited you to the garden with the rustic benches and tables. The first impression seemed somewhat untreated, the grass spread around the whole area, at the corners of the table you can pick lion's tooth soon, the color at the main building is on the leaves, all in all a somewhat disappointing impression. Since this day ran under the motto "Knödeltag" there were of course in all conceivable variations, but then we were 9€ for a portion of dumplings a little too much, so we decided for a bacon dumple and a liver dumple soup for 5.50 € each, after a hike quite sufficient. The two soups were homemade and tasty with the dumplings. Everything in all was worth a visit, but for me simply price performance ambiance does not fit together completely. Although various events are offered here on various weekdays, barbecue evenings, baked breads don't really lure me anymore. There are just too many alternatives here, there must be some change. Maybe in the future.
