Magic Roundabout Hungry Horse

Mmm..really poor food cold,,had to ask for clean knives, no one asked how our meal was? Big portion but not tasty,,waited 40 minutes for food wasn't busy so?? Spoke to bar staff who offered apologies and didn't charge for the kids dessert, nice touch, definitely won't return in a hurry sorry,,,as I work in the trade I found this unacceptable

The food was good and Dani provided us with a brilliant service. She didn’t stop serving customers, started off behind the bar, and then serving food and making the deserts! Thanks Dani.

Brilliant service and friendly staff! Highly recommend! Rachel made our night! Me and my friends went to the hungry horse to watch late night football and enjoy some drinks along with some snack l! Definitely will be making this our local pub! Overall amazing

We came to this pub for some lunch and was severely disappointed overall. The pints of coke were served with a full glass of ice. The garlic ciabatta was soggy. The main course was the ‘special’ crispy chicken sandwich which came with the soggy ciabatta and was cold. Not to mention we had to wait 35 minutes for 3 main courses (all burgers/sandwiches) and all looked like the plates had been overloaded with fries/salad. After taking a few bites we ended up sending the food back and was offered a desert which was declined by us. The server said the manager would be over to speak to us. After waiting another 25 minutes the manager did not come over and we left the pub. This is probably one of the worse places to go for lunch and not to mention the pub was cold.

Really lovely meal. Haven’t been here for a good while as the customer service used to be awful however definitely had a big change over. Food was lovely, portions great and the staff couldn’t be more friendly/helpful. Lovely and clean, lovely family pub. Would recommend.
