Outstanding service from Miller. Even though he was busy and made excellent suggestions. The escaped part (rabbit ragu) was delicious and a huge part I could eat only half! Would have wanted a bit more of the homemade noodles that were tasty, but somewhat economical compared to the amount of rabbit. My beet salad with pistachios was again great enough to share, but I was grateful that I have remains to take home. My husband had the charred corn soup (it smells heavenly) and he really enjoyed it and his trout was excellent. The lemon cakes were large portions, but so tasty we were glad that we each got one instead of sharing. We're coming back!
Our server, Miller, was awesome. He was attentive and made our dining experience really fun. Food was above and beyond delicious. We had the agnolotti, the truffle pizza, the trout, and the eggplant. The corn soup starter was especially phenomenal as well. We brought our own bottle of wine, but each had a cocktail that were all great too. Our server was knowledgeable about both the drink and food menus. Great place for dinner :
The food was excellent – the beet salad, chowder, trout with Polnta and pasta dishes were all hits – and the deserts put our experience over the top. Service was warm, funny and gracious, although the three people who covered the dining room and bar had their hands full, probably due to an extreme work shortage in Jackson. Beautiful food.
Ordered spaghetti and it was terrible. Absolutely no taste. $25 for a $1.00 of pasta! Big disappointment! Costly and not worth it!
