Mcdonald's - Texarkana

I’m not much on fast food anymore as dollar for dollar I believe you get more value at a full service restaurant.What I was surprised to see here was a young, enthusiastic crew. They gave us great service and enjoyed our attempts and making a few lame jokes about the self service ordering stations.

I pulled up to the speaker NOONE SAID NOTHING for a good 5 minutes. There was noone else there but me. I know they can see when people are at the drive thru. So I pulled up to the window, the lady opened the window like she had an attitude and this is the manager. I told her I was waiting at the speaker and noone said anything , her only response was a dry Ok and an attitude. Idk who yall got running these places and some of these employees with these attitudes but it 's unprofessional. They pick and choose who they wanna be nice to.

Very slow. Always ask you to pull forward in the drive through even on simple orders. Consistently get the food order

The food was half frozen. when we went to the drive through we sat there for about 10 minutes and they never answered us. then when we said the hell with this and went to the window they said we had to go all the way back around. so we went inside and from there out the customer service was TERRIBLE.

I stopped here to pick up my mobile order. Service was super fast. I ordered a sausage McGriddle. It was very tasty. Makes me think about a pancake with sausage. This was a quick breakfast choice.
