Interesting served old foods that are not only disgusting but potentially dangerous. they have to pay the chefs for food that should be discarded. not surprised. sonic is in service

As usual, it tastes great. the food is served very quickly, and the board keeps her up to date where you eat. However, almost half of the journeys are always out of order. it is very inconvenient. also, the do work always have a kind of error. Sometimes I can't hear the worker who speaks to me or they can't hear me. sometimes the button does not work and there were a few times where my order was completely forgotten. but I still come here because I still love this place.

The service was a little slow, but eating was really good.

Never going back to this location again.If you happen to order ahead, be aware that there's no cooler to keep your cold items cold. If you arrive precisely on time or just 5 minutes late, the four shakes you've just ordered are likely to be complete liquid. You might not notice this until you drive a few blocks to get back to your home.If you happen to call the store and let them know this happened, you might be surprised to find that no one, although they're polite about it, offers to correct this for you. There's no attempt to make it right. So then you might feel compelled to call corporate...because, this was good money that you spent so that your family would have a nice little treat this afternoon. And instead you're at home trying to refreeze it and make it edible.Once you are able to speak to corporate you might find the person isn't fully listening but after a few attempts they do get most of the information correct... At which point they offer to send you a gift card for half of your purchase and some extra coupons. Half? Why half, you say? To which they say, we've now refunded your card the full amount and you will see that back in your account in 7 to 10 business days.And I still don't have shakes.
