Steak 'n Shake - Texarkana

It is the best food i ever had you don't have to wait long to get your food and the people are very friendly.

My first trip there, and I was not disappointed, my western burger was delicious!!!

If you like your order all jacked up and completely dissatisfied and disappointed this is your place! This establishment is the saddest SnS ever!Management should all be fired for incompetence.

The burger patties are so thin they were see-through! Hardly any seasoning on them and way too many vegetables on such a small bun. Steak and Shake used to be much better than this. I don't know what happened to them. I won't be back! Total waste of money, except the tea was good!

We arrived at an empty parking lot. That should have given me a clue. The place was entirely void of customers and I stood at the front counter for 5 minutes before the two employees even acknowledged me standing there. Ice machine was down and the burgers tasteless. S&S is better than this. Sad. Next time I’ll just drive the extra miles and go to Freddy’s!
