Steak 'n Shake - Texarkana

This restaurant offers some of the best burgers in the city! I love that everything is fresh and made to order. The hamburger practically melts in your mouth, and there are so many options to choose from. Simply delicious. However, the dining space is a bit small.

Eating was always good and order is always right! Just don't come here quickly because they are always slow! that's my only complaining, but if it's good and fresh, it doesn't matter to me. also prices are low.

The employees seemed more focused on their own interests rather than customer satisfaction. I ordered three burgers, and although they were cold, the flavor was good. I wouldn’t recommend this place to everyone.

Like another post here, would probably have to turn around if we arrived at an empty parking lot. ordered for me, my wife and children. both children wanted apples. they were from the apfelsauce. beans were buoyed. both had to order pommes what they didn't want. when I got ice for my drinks, there was no ice cream. my kids grilled cheese was more like cheese-bread and eating is not what I get from a steak 'n shake. there were all two employees at the place and did not seem to be the most competent. Keep away from this thing! maybe they have more luck on the road about two trips down, attached to the tank.

Terrible service... I'm honestly baffled how this restaurant is still operating. The staff are sluggish and clearly lack proper training... the establishment is quite untidy.
